Diehl Auto has been absolutely fantastic. I have gone to them three times in the past year. My first experience with them saved me thousands of dollars. Instead of replacing the transmission like the dealer said I needed they flushed my trans. I’ve not had a problem since. The other day my starter went out. Diehl called with estimate and I gave them the go ahead. Also backed up with a warranty. I also go to them for routine maintenance. The staff is amazing and I can only say that I am more than pleased with Diehl Auto Service.

Far too expensive!!! 440.00 for a battery?!? Won’t be coming back. Resent being gouged.

I can't thank Diehl Automotive Westmont enough! Pete and Tim steered me right and saved me thousands of dollars $$$$ by conducting a pre-purchase-inspection on a possible pickup truck purchase. They sent a detailed report laying out all the problems with the vehicle. Had I purchased it sight-unseen...I would have broke down with it before getting home to Iowa and then having to spend a ton of money to get it in working order. I highly recommend the services they provide. Deep appreciations to the whole crew!!

They let you know what services will be due in the future try their best in getting you in and out as quickly as possible. They also constantly communicate with you on your vehicles progress and expected completion.

They advised us to bring it to the dealer to get it evaluated just in time before our warranty expired. The result: we got a new engine. Had we not trusted Diehl, we would have been out of luck with our Kona once the warranty had expired. This is only one good experience out of many with Diehl.

Had now 3 occasions (wheel bolts overtightened, engine code not explained or followed up on, low pressure fuel sensor work leading to a leak) where I had to take it to another shop to have the car further adjusted, diagnosed, or repaired. After the 2nd time, I asked for the email for the owner as I liked the owner when he'd come to the Lisle shop. The funny thing was the Downers Grove shop manager would not give it out. The work quality and staff customer service has gone below acceptable for this customer.

Hugo was very kind and professional listened to our concerns and give us a very reasonable price, their work was outstanding and they were willing to work with us in many aspects. I give 10/10 won’t go to any other mechanic after this experience.

Diehl Auto Repair in Westmont is that absolute Best of the Best. They are honest, ttrustworthy, and do excellent work. Their prices are extremely fair, and their communication with you about your car's troubles is phenomenal. They don't push for any extras, they explain everything thorough and check everythiing out extremely thoroughly. I have a 2003 Civic and they treat it like it's a brand new luxury car. So glad we found them after our old mechanic retired a few years go. Mechanics like Diehl in Westmont are hard to find. I'm returning next week for new tires and at a very reasonable price. Take your car here for any problems and questions you may have. Highly recommend Diehl Automotive on Cass Avenue in Westmont.

Always get great service from Deihl Auto. Worked with Brad and Kyle at the Downers Grove shop and although they were super busy, they were able to diagnose and repair my car enemy without an appointment. Had to be towed there! Never disappoint! Thank you for your professionalism and knowledge!

Great service

Went for a oil change. They got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. Everything was ok with the car and they let me know that I'll be needing brakes about the time I'm due for my next oil change

Kyle was great to work with. He kept me up to date as work progressed. What I really liked- unlike the dealer- he did not try to upsell me! I highly recommend Diego Auto!

Efficient honest service. Good customer service, and upfront pricing. Love the Car Club Membership and the coupons sent in the mail. Also pay with cash or check you save even more!

Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Did not try to sell me on any additional fixes I did not request. The repairs were completed on time. I had the air conditioning recharged. Could use a few tea bags in the waiting area😄.

Sent my father here to Addison for brake repairs as I have used the Lisle shop previously. Just as I was serviced in Lisle, my father was well taken care of in Addison. They were even able to get an extensive repair done in the same day!

Took my 06 Scion tC in a couple months ago for an oil change. When they were done, they told me my engine was leaking oil. I just took it somewhere else to have other work done and I was told whoever last did my oil change threaded the drain plug the wrong way causing it to leak oil.
