If you have an EV, this is the place to go! They tell you everything before they do it… with photos. They also let you know what needs to be done in the future. Best service anywhere!

Had oil change only but engine light is on. So will need repairs plus maintenance due. Brad listed what needs to be done with cost estimates. Will return for these repairs.

Everyone is very personal and polite, gave a good price and great service. Highly recommend! 👨‍🔧 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been taking my 2010 mazda with 144k miles on it here since I moved to the area. Rick and team are great, reasonable pricing, work is honest and Rick even asked me ‘what do want to do with this car?’ as it’s a 16 year old car that I’m not trying to spend a lot of money on repairs. He gave me some options and I went with his recommendation. Great spot for auto repairs! Would recommend!

Rick was very helpful in getting my van fixed as fast as possible! Overall great service.

Friendly, efficient, thorough, and reasonable. Everything you could want from a team of mechanics is the standard for Diehl. They’re the best choice in town for auto repairs and the competition is not even close.

2nd time working with Deahls auto repair and I have to day that they really make things easier for the customer when it comes to updates on the car repair, upfront and fair repair prices, and quañity work done always. Their appointment system is easy to set up and repair time was fantastic in my case I know this can varies depending on the work. I would 100% recommend Dielhs as an option.

Kyle and his team were amazing! Kyle was super nice and thoroughly explained everything.

Good service

A little disappointed. 3k plus and did the extra work they suggested do to leakage we never seen on our driveway. Photos taken after bringing it home from being repaired. They did tow and hopefully fixed the new leak. We will update if anything changes.

I want to commend Brad and his staff on my latest repair being, rear brakes. The pads and rotors look and work fantastically!! I commend Brad for giving me the best service advise for my 2017 Subaru. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him to provide me the best advise on my vehicle service!

Diehl Auto is the best. Rick and the team here always do great work. Solid service, solid deals. They are knowledgeable with assessments & fair with costs. Completely recommend their services to anyone.

Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Great care for my car and for myself. As a disabled person, Rick and his team took every opportunity to help me get in and out of my car. They took care of my car in three hours after first setting eyes on it. Front brakes, oil change, new filter and some cleaning. Well done!! As Arnold once said “I’ll be back “.

Thank you Hugo and staff for being so accommodating and helpful with fixing my check engine light. Quick, reliable and honest is my way to describe the employees and business.

Diehl Auto has been absolutely fantastic. I have gone to them three times in the past year. My first experience with them saved me thousands of dollars. Instead of replacing the transmission like the dealer said I needed they flushed my trans. I’ve not had a problem since. The other day my starter went out. Diehl called with estimate and I gave them the go ahead. Also backed up with a warranty. I also go to them for routine maintenance. The staff is amazing and I can only say that I am more than pleased with Diehl Auto Service.

Great staff and work completed in a timely fashion

The service was above and beyond. There was an issue with Uber, so Kyle drove me home on his own lunch time!

Far too expensive!!! 440.00 for a battery?!? Won’t be coming back. Resent being gouged.

I can't thank Diehl Automotive Westmont enough! Pete and Tim steered me right and saved me thousands of dollars $$$$ by conducting a pre-purchase-inspection on a possible pickup truck purchase. They sent a detailed report laying out all the problems with the vehicle. Had I purchased it sight-unseen...I would have broke down with it before getting home to Iowa and then having to spend a ton of money to get it in working order. I highly recommend the services they provide. Deep appreciations to the whole crew!!

Very professional! These folks thoroughly explained the issues found and the remedies. Fair costs. They let you know what services will be due in the future try their best in getting you in and out as quickly as possible. They also constantly communicate with you on your vehicles progress and expected completion.

Rick and crew are the best

I’ve been to several locations now and their facilities are always very clean and comfortable. They are very informative, quick Service and very friendly thank you very very much.

Well done. They solved a complex problem with my car. It required much time and additional work to resolve.

Super happy with the team at Diehl Auto Repair, DG. They have been servicing our Kona for a few years and let us know it was consuming an enormous amount of oil. They advised us to bring it to the dealer to get it evaluated just in time before our warranty expired. The result: we got a new engine. Had we not trusted Diehl, we would have been out of luck with our Kona once the warranty had expired. This is only one good experience out of many with Diehl.

Top-notch customer service and the work is done well and quickly.

Have been going here since about 2018. Last few years the service has gone down. Had now 3 occasions (wheel bolts overtightened, engine code not explained or followed up on, low pressure fuel sensor work leading to a leak) where I had to take it to another shop to have the car further adjusted, diagnosed, or repaired. After the 2nd time, I asked for the email for the owner as I liked the owner when he'd come to the Lisle shop. The funny thing was the Downers Grove shop manager would not give it out. The work quality and staff customer service has gone below acceptable for this customer.
